An island of 7 hectares of nature set in the Eure et Loir region, the Moulin is accessible without a car from Paris, as it only takes a 15-minute walk or 6 minutes by bike to get there once you arrive at the Courville sur Eure train station (1h10 by train from Paris Montparnasse station). The 7 hectares of unspoilt countryside include a lake, the Eure River which flows through the estate and borders the buildings, a heart-shaped pond and the mill, with its warm, comfortable interior spaces.
